Navigate the New Plastic Jungle
I am new to the Jungle, how do I create an account?
Create a Plastic Jungle account by selecting Sign up for free in the upper right hand corner, which can be found on all of the Plastic Jungle pages. If you don’t feel like creating an account now, you can create an account later during the check out process.
I am a returning user, how do I login? Do I need to create a new account?
Welcome back to the Jungle! We are happy to see you here again. Select Login in the upper right hand corner using your existing Plastic Jungle email address and password.
How do I access my account history and information?
Through the transformation, we have kept your account history and personal information safe. View your account by logging in with your Plastic Jungle email address and password. Select My Account in the upper right hand corner.
Did my credit card information transfer over to the new site?
For security purposes, you will have to re-enter your credit card information for your first visit back to Plastic Jungle.
How do I search for gift cards?
Search for gift cards by using the browser box located at the top of any page, or browse our list of categories by selecting the buy cards tab located at the top of any page.
Use the category section to narrow your search results by selecting any of the following options: merchant, card value, and card discount.
How do I add a gift card to my Shopping Cart?
After you have found the gift card you would like to purchase add it to your shopping cart be selecting the Add to Cart button on the right hand side of the gift card. The gift card will appear in your shopping cart on the right hand side under My Shopping Cart.
How do I add multiple gift cards to my Shopping Cart?
To add additional gift cards to your shopping card, select the Add to Cart button located on the right hand side of the gift card, and both of the gift cards you are interested in will appear in My Shopping Cart.
How do I checkout?
To complete your gift card purchase, select Checkout beneath the Shopping Cart. If you haven’t already logged in, you will be prompted for account information. Verify the items in your Shopping Cart. Select your preferred form of payment i.e. PayPal or Credit Card. Enter a new shipping address or select an existing address. Confirm your purchase.
How do I set a notification for a gift card that is currently not available?
You can set a notification on Plastic Jungle by adding a notification under My Account.
- Create a notification if you aren’t sure what you are looking for and want to scroll through the list of retailers. Under My Account select the Notifications tab and select the merchant you would like to receive an alert for when the gift card becomes available.
How do I sell my gift cards for cash?
To get started, click the sell cards button at the top of any Plastic Jungle page. On the next page, enter your gift card information including the gift card merchant and balance. From there we will tell you how much your gift card is worth and will guide you through the process of cashing in your gift card. Note: if you’re not signed in, you will be prompted to login before you sell your gift card.
How do I sell multiple gift cards at one time for cash?
Click the sell cards button at the top of all Plastic Jungle pages. On the next page, enter your gift card information including the gift card merchant and balance. Select Add an Additional Card to sell multiple cards at one time. You will be promoted to login once you select the offer you would like to receive.
How do I sell my gift cards for Amazon credit?
Begin the process of selling your gift card as you normally would, by entering the gift card merchant and price. You will be presented with two options- receive cash directly from us or credit towards Amazon.com. To complete your transaction, select the Amazon.com offer. Follow the step-by-step process to receive your credit. Note: if you’re not signed in, you will be prompted to login before you can sell your gift card.

When cashing in your gift card, look for our Plastic Jungle ribbon to donate part of your sale from our selection of nonprofits.
