Good news! We fixed the issue we had when trying to process credit card payments on January 6-7. The problem has been resolved, but unfortunately we are unable to move forward with the original gift card transaction. If you experienced difficulty processing your credit card and did not receive an email from us, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Once again thank you for your patience as we have been diligently working to fix an issue with our printing label. The problem has now been resolved, and we are ready to move forward with your transaction.
We have sent a new shipping label to the users who were having trouble accessing a printing label. Please follow the instructions in the email to send in your gift card. Once we receive your gift card, we will process it and send your payment as quickly as possible.
If you are still waiting for a new shipping label, please contact Customer Service and we will make sure that a new shipping label ends up in your inbox.
For all our buyers, we have also resolved the purchasing error you may have received. Please check back soon, we will have more information on how best to proceed.
