Beginning today we are starting something new here at Plastic Jungle. Every Friday you will find a post, like this one, with a great list of sites who are giving away gift cards. That’s right, totally free gift cards, just for commenting on their blog, liking their sites on Facebook, or following them on Twitter. What better way to begin the weekend?

This first one is truly awesome. Gal Time is giving away a $50 gift card to either T.J.Maxx, Zappos, or Amazon, your choice. To enter just share one of the posts from Gal Time’s Facebook page on your FB page. You can share more than one post and you receive an entry for each time you share. Deal Wise Mommy is celebrating the fact that she reached 10,000 FB fans (woot!) by giving away FIVE gift cards! You have your choice of one of the following; $25.00 Amazon gift card, $25.00 Disney gift card, $25.00 Restaurant.com gift card, $10.00 Barnes & Noble gift card, or a $10.00 Starbucks gift card. Each of the gift cards are digital, which means you must use them online, except for the Starbucks gift card. All you need to do to be entered is fill out the short form at the end of the post in the link above. That’s it. This gift card giveaway ends on Sept. 2nd, 2010.
Wow, here’s a biggie! One of my favorite sites, Free Blog Giveaways, has listed a gift card giveaway from Shopping Mom. The prize is a $100 Visa gift card. That’s like cold, hard cash in your pocket. All you need to do is subscribe to the mailing list, but you can get more entries by doing other things, which are listed in the giveaway post. The only drawback to this deal is that you may spend an inordinate amount of time checking out the great list of giveaways at Free Blog Giveaways!
Ooh, goodies galore on this gift card giveaway from STL Mommy. Have you ever won a prize for entering a sweepstakes? If not, here’s your chance. STL Mommy is giving away a $100 Carter’s gift card to one of her readers who have entered the Carter’s A Funny Thing sweepstakes, where they are giving away 70 Carter’s gift cards worth 1000s of dollars. (Carter’s is cool clothes for kids.) Now that’s a lot of goodies, don’t you agree? The Carter’s contest sounds like a blast anyway.
