In Store: You can check the balance at the register of any Staples store.

Online: Go to Staples online card-balance check tool.

Via Phone: Call Staples Customer Service at 1-888-609-6963. When you call, be sure to have your Staples Gift Card number and PIN in front of you.

Sell Your Gift Card or eGift Certificate

Once you know your balance, you can sell or trade your Staples Gift Card or Staples eGift Card securely on Plastic Jungle. At Plastic Jungle, you can also trade your Staples Gift Card for an Amazon.com Gift Card, use it to donate the funds to charity (Gift Cards for Good—look for the green ribbon at checkout), or even fund a PayPal account.
