Product Manager

About the company: Founded in 2006, Plastic Jungle is the leading gift card exchange site. Users on our site can sell, buy and trade preloaded gift cards for over 1400 retailers.

Position Overview: Based in Mountain View, the Product Manager will be responsible for owning the Plastic Jungle marketplace product. This includes understanding business and customer needs, developing and driving a product roadmap and specifications, and tracking success. This is a Sr Mgr / Director level position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Analyze customer behavior through surveys and online reporting tools like Google Analytics
Create and manage A/B tests that drive roadmap
Plan and drive a product roadmap
Work closely with onsite and offsite development and UI teams to execute product vision
Own business success of the marketplace product

Skills and qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of product experience at a large scale consumer website
Passion for building a great user experience while driving business results
Ability to formulate and champion long term strategic product vision
Ability to work in cross-team environments managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Aptitude in using data and quantitative driven approaches to support business decision making
Strong communication, analytic and presentation skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment with aggressive growth plans

Desired skills:

Technical undergraduate degree
Prior startup experience
Experience developing UI /UX specifications
Experience leading a Agile development process
