Managing Your Account

To access your Plastic Jungle account, click My Account at the top of any Plastic Jungle page.

Note, if you are not logged in, you must first do so by clicking Log in, which can also be found at the top of any page, and entering your email address and password.

There are four tabs in your Plastic Jungle account:

• Gift Cards I Own – Your virtual gift card wallet, which contains information about cards you've purchased on Plastic Jungle, as well as other gift cards you want to protect.
• Account Information – Your profile, which includes contact, payment, billing, and shipping details. You can edit this information at any time. Additionally, you can change your communication preferences and opt in (or out) of hearing about special Plastic Jungle promotions and offers.
• Notifications – Your customized deal alerts, which can be set according to your preferences in order to give you a better shot at the discounted gift cards you want.
• Transaction History – Your record of past Plastic Jungle purchases, sales, and donations, kept safe for you to access at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am having trouble accessing my account. I forgot my password. What do I do?
No problem at all! Simply click the Forgot Your Password? link on the log in screen. Enter your username (the email address you used to create your account) and click the Email Password button. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Click the link in the email, and then reset your password.
