Changing Your Account Information
You can change or update your account information at any time. To change your account information:
- Click My Account at the top of the Plastic Jungle web page. You'll be prompted to log in to your account if you have not chosen “Remember Me”. If you did choose “Remember Me” you will be automatically logged in when you click “My Account” or before.
- Click on the appropriate section that you wish to edit.
- Edit the information in that section of “My Account”.
- Click the Update or Save buttons to save your changes.
- You don't need an account to browse or search the gift cards on PlasticJungle.com. However, for the protection of all the customers using our marketplace, we require that you register an account prior to completing a gift card purchase or listing gift card(s) for sale. Registration is quick, easy, and free!
When you create your account, you'll choose a password and provide the following information:
- Your email address (which is your user name)
- Your first and last name
- Your ZIP (or postal) code
- Your country of residence
- Your daytime phone number
- Your cell phone number for optional text message alerts
Adding & Editing Contacts & Addresses
If you wish, you can maintain a list of contacts associated with your account. For example, if you purchase gift cards as gifts, you may wish to add your recipients as contacts. When you purchase gift cards, your contacts are listed as possible shipping destinations.
To add a contact to your account:
- Click My Account at the top of the Plastic Jungle web page to view your account information. You may be prompted to log in.
- Click Addresses. Your Billing and Shipping Addresses will display.
- Click the “Add New” button to add a new address to either your “Billing Address” or your “Shipping Address”.
- Choose whether you want this as a “Billing” and “Shipping” address. Billing addresses are associated with a credit card you have on file. Shipping address are destinations for shipments. Enter the information for your new contact and address. Fields that require information are marked with an asterisk (*).
- To “Edit” or “Delete” this contact and or address, click the appropriate button.
- Click “Save Contact & Address” to save the contact information.
Changing your Credit of Debit Card Information:
- Click My Account at the top of the Plastic Jungle web page to view your account information. You may be prompted to log in.
- Click on “My Profile”, then “Payment Information” at the top of “My Account” page.
- You will see the Credit or Debit Card information on file
- You may add a new credit or debit card to your account by clicking on “Add”.
- Enter the appropriate information as requested.
- You may also edit or delete the credit or debit card we have on file.
Retrieving a Forgotten Password
If you've forgotten your password, we'll email it to you at the email address associated with your account. To receive your forgotten password:
- Click Login at the top of the Plastic Jungle web page.
- Click “ Forget your password? ” directly below the Login button.
- Type your email address or username.
- Click the Continue button. We'll send your password to the email address associated with your account.
- Follow the link in the email and enter your password to log in to your account.
