This Privacy Statement describes the types of personal and non-personal information we collect on www.plasticjungle.com (the “Site”), how we use such information and to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By using the Site, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement, please do not use the Site.
• Information You Provide To Us
We collect personal information from you when you affirmatively provide it to us. This information may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, cell phone number, date of birth, Site login name and password. In addition, if you choose to buy, sell or trade gift cards through the Site, we will ask you for your c redit card information, to either complete your transaction (for buyers) or verify your identity (for sellers). We may combine the information you provide us with information we receive about you from other online and offline sources.
• Information We Collect Automatically
When you browse the Site, we collect certain non-personal information from you, including but not limited to your browser type, operating system, IP address, Internet service provider and the domain from which you accessed the Site. In addition, we may collect information about your browsing behavior, such as the date and time you visit the Site, the areas or pages of the Site that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing the Site, the number of times you return to the Site and other clickstream information. We may combine this information with the personal information you provide to us.
We (or service providers working on our behalf) may use cookies and web beacons (also called “pixel tags” or “clear gifs”) to collect the non-personal information described above. • Information Collected Through Our Referral Service
If you choose to use our refer-a-friend mechanism, we will collect your friend's name and email address, which we will use solely for the purpose of sending the email. Your friend may contact us at customerservice@plasticjungle.com to request that we remove his or her information from our database.
• Information Collected On Other Sites
We may collect information from you when you use our services on another company's website or on a co-branded website. This may include, for example, when we make our Gift Card Manager service available on other companies' websites. All information that we collect through such websites is subject to this Privacy Statement. Please note that the information you submit on such a website may also be subject to the privacy policy applicable to that site.
Accessing Your Personal Information
You may change or update the personal information we have collected from you by going to the My Account page and clicking the “Edit Account Info” button.
Information Use
We or service providers working on our behalf, may use the information we collect from and about you for any of the following purposes: (1) to have your gift cards picked up from you or delivered to you; (2) to communicate with you regarding our services and regarding your Site transactions; (3) to otherwise fulfill your requests for products and services; (4) to respond to your inquiries; (5) to provide you with targeted content, offers and advertising; (6) to contact you when necessary; (7) to ensure that Site users are adults; (8) to review Site usage and operations and conduct internal marketing and operational research; (9) to address problems with the Site, our business or our products and services; and (10) to protect the security or integrity of the Site and our business. We or our service providers may also use the information we have collected from and about you to contact you with promotional materials and offers from us, as well as from our related companies, marketing partners, advertisers and other third parties.
Information Disclosure
At Plastic Jungle we care about your privacy. We may share the information we collect from and about you with third parties in the following instances:
• If you are buying a gift card, we will share your name and address with the seller so that he or she may ship the card to you;
• If you are trading a gift card, we will share your name and address with the person with whom you complete the trade so that he or she may ship the card to you;
• With our service providers, if the disclosure will enable them to fulfill your product or service request or otherwise perform a business, professional or technical support function for us, including, without limitation, the activities described herein, as well as verifying credit card information, fulfilling gift card orders, processing credit card transactions, disbursing payments to sellers, enhancing the information that we collect about our customers and transmitting our email;
• As necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of our Site Terms of Use or of our rights or the rights of any third party;
• As necessary, to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities or suspected fraud;
• To respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; and
• In the event that Plastic Jungle goes through a business transition, such as a merger, an acquisition by another company, or a sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets.
We also share aggregated, non-personally identifiable demographic information (such as the ages and zip codes of our Site users) with some of our partners and other third parties.

We have taken certain physical, electronic, contractual and managerial steps to safeguard the personal information we collect from Site users.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, which may have privacy policies that differ from ours. Please be aware that Plastic Jungle exercises no control over linked sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Accordingly, we recommend that you review the privacy policy and terms of use of any website that you access through the Site.
Children
We do not direct the Site to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under thirteen.

We may change this Privacy Statement from time to time. When we do, we will post the changes on the Site. If we make material changes to this statement, we will provide appropriate online notice to you.
